Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hair journey, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Hair Syrup, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your Hair Syrup bottle is unopened, the safety seal is intact, and you are within the 14-day return window from the date of receipt.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit, including a note with your order details inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel back via a tracked courier service; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
